Regained: Clothes shopping. "What? You think that'd look good on me? I don't know..." She laughed bashfully, trying to hide how flattered she felt as a blonde girl held up a flashy top, while the elegant, pink-haired proprietress of the shop smiled and nodded approvingly...
Significant Neutral
The girl by the side of the road. A chilly, rainy spring morning. She walked down a lonely tree-lined road, bamboo umbrella in one hand, almost passing the little roadside shrine before something caught her attention. Before she even saw the figure huddled under the shrine's roof, she felt a familiar chill run down her spine, the air tainted with an unearthly aura she knew well. She stopped, saw the girl with her arms around her legs and her face buried against her knees--and realized that aura, that chill, was emanating from her.

Starter: Successful exorcism. A well-appointed, luxurious chamber, lit only by an unearthly glow. A ghastly, inhuman visage softening into the face of a young man at peace before vanishing into nothing, leaving the room in darkness. Just behind her, an older man in fine dress wept and thanked her; she murmured a courteous, unemotional reply and sheathed her swords.

Training begins. She and the other youngsters were herded into the cavern, led down a sloping passageway until they were squinting in what little light remained--and before they knew it, there was the rumbling of heavy stone gates shutting behind them, leaving them in total darkness. The adults were gone, and the children quickly began to weep. She was no exception, crying out for her brother in the inky black.
A hand settled on her shoulder, cold as ice. A voice whispered reassuring words in her ear in a rasping, ruined voice. As it spoke--as she tried desperately not to listen--she realized she could hear fewer of the other children crying than before...

Starter: Shot down by Iroha. A cool autumn sunset. A hill just past the edge of the village proper, the traditional spot for these sorts of important conversations. A girl with pink hair and golden eyes, hair tied with a red ribbon poking up above her head like cat ears--a girl who was clearly not happy to be there. "You must be joking. I'll pretend I never heard this, so in return you'd better not send anything to haunt me, got it?" She fumbled for the right words to make the displeased girl stay, but she was already brushing past her to leave.
